All Mobile phones and Tablets purchased from Cell City are covered by Factory warranty (See Warranty Page).
Cell City Repair Center is fully accredited by all Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to diagnose, service and repair devices purchased from Cell City.
Should you purchase and receive any product from Cell City and within the first 7 days from receipt of the goods it is found to be faulty please report it immediately via WhatsApp: 77 313 225 or Email: sales@cellcity.co.bw. or log into the website and fill in the form on the Contact Us page.
When you send the email state the following clearly:
- Provide invoice Number, brand and name of the faulty device.
- Describe the device fault.
- Provide a contact number and or email address where we can get hold of you.
A consultant will contact you and guide you through the next steps.
This process will be conducted with reference to the Out of Box Failure guideline. This means that if the device that was supplied is reported within 7 days from date of purchase and is found to be faulty by one of our certified technicians, we will replace the device.
Should it not be possible to replace the device with the exact same device and or colour we reserve the right to issue the replacement on a similar device ensuring that we match or exceed the original purchase price value.
If faulty devices are reported after the 7 day period from the Invoice the reporting process is the same. We will contact you and advise on where to drop off the faulty device.
The device will be taken to our Repair Center to be repaired under Warranty. This is provided the device is still within the warranty period.
Alternative ways of reporting a faulty Phone or Tablet purchased online from Cell City.
- Take the faulty device to any Cell City Store in Botswana for assistance.
- Take the faulty device to the Cell City Repair Centre on Old Lobatse Road in Gaborone (316 4004 / 77 718 450)
