How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is free for orders above P1,000.00.

For orders below P1,000.00 the delivery fee will be covered be the customer. 

Can I order from a location outside of Botswana?

We are able to receive orders and process payments from Countries outside of Botswana but we are not yet able to deliver cross border.

Can you Deliver Outside of Botswana?

At this stage we don’t deliver outside of Botswana yet.

Can I buy on hire purchase?

  • All goods sold via the Cell City on line store are to be paid for in full prior to delivery
  • Prices on the Cell City on line store may vary from those within the physical Cell City stores from time to time dependent on promotions that run from time to time.
  • All prices indicated inclusive of VAT at 14%
  • There are no additional delivery or other costs. The price shown at checkout is the amount due.
  • Payments can be done via EFT, Online card or going forward with Orange Money

How long is the product warranty?

  • Samsung, Huawei, Hisense and Vivo cellphones and tablets are covered by a 24 months Warranty, Tecno   cellphones and tablets are covered by a 13 months Warranty. All other brands of cellphones and tablets are covered by a 12 months Warranty
  • All accessories are NOT covered by Warranty
  • Should the client experience any problems with the functionality of their cellphone or tablet purchased from the Cell City online store they should it to any Cell City Store or Cell City repair centre located in Old Lobatse Road, Gaborone. A representative will book the device in for repairs. Once the Warranty repair is complete the client will be contacted to collect the repaired device.

Please note that none of the Warranties cover water damage or physical/cracked screen damage. In such cases the client will be issued with a quote to do the repairs.

Where do I return damaged goods? (OBF-Out of Box Failure)

If, within 7 days of the date of receiving the goods ordered from the Cell City online store, the goods malfunction, it may be deemed as an Out of Box Failure. In such a case the client can take the device along with the original packaging and all accessories to any Cell City store or the Old Lobatse repair centre. A Cell City representative will evaluate the device. If it is in fact an OBF we will swop out the device for a new one.
 

How long does it take to delivery after purchase?

Orders will be dispatched only after payment has cleared on Cell City bank account. Delivery to the address as indicated at the time of purchase will be done via courier within 24 to 48 hours in and around Gaborone and within 72 hours outside Gaborone.

A Cell City representative will contact the client to arrange for the delivery. The courier will then attempt to do the delivery to the client. If for whatever reason the client is not available to receive the purchased goods at the time of the delivery arranged, the courier will return the goods to the closest Cell City store. The client will then be able to collect their goods from that Cell City store.
