- Samsung, Huawei, Hisense and Vivo cellphones and tablets are covered by a 24 months Warranty, Tecno cellphones and tablets are covered by a 13 months Warranty. All other brands of cellphones and tablets are covered by a 12 months Warranty
- All accessories are NOT covered by Warranty
- Should the client experience any problems with the functionality of their cellphone or tablet purchased from the Cell City online store they should it to any Cell City Store or Cell City repair centre located in Old Lobatse Road, Gaborone. A representative will book the device in for repairs. Once the Warranty repair is complete the client will be contacted to collect the repaired device.
Please note that none of the Warranties cover water damage or physical/cracked screen damage. In such cases the client will be issued with a quote to do the repairs.
